Tickets now on sale for 2017 International Maritime Film Festival.
The International Maritime Film Festival (IMFF) is a juried contest of documentary films celebrating the heritage, spirit of adventure, and ingenuity of boats and waterborne pursuits. It is the premier event for maritime-themed filmmaking.
The IMFF is a joint venture between Main Street Bucksport (MSB) and WoodenBoat Publications, Inc. (WBPI), in Brooklin, Maine. Bucksport’s state-of-the-art Alamo Theatre will host festival weekend from September 29-October 1, 2017.

Fiber College of Maine is an annual fiber festival whose sole reason for being is to celebrate the fiber arts in all forms. Maine is particularly blessed with artistic energy and inspiration from the flow of the tides, the rolling hills of the blueberry fields and the stars in the night sky. Each year, the weekend after Labor Day, fiber artists, crafters and students gather together for a weekend of casual fiber classes, time with friends old and new, live animals and good food.
